At Lovewell Living, we will take an extensive look into your personal lifestyle and medical history, dig deep into current and past symptoms you have experienced, and guide you through the process of six functional lab tests that investigate hidden stressors in your body. Through thoughtful coaching and education, we are here to help you start feeling not just like yourself again, but better.
Your body is designed to heal itself. Many people assume symptoms are completely normal, but they are actually a signal from our body that there is deeper dysfunction occurring. Most people walk around with symptoms and imbalances that they might not even realize. We can work with nearly everyone! Our main goals focus around people experiencing blood sugar imbalances, general fatigue, weight loss resistance, hormonal imbalances, general digestive issues, skin issues, issues getting proper sleep, feeling inflamed, intense brain fog, and many other nagging symptoms that you may just think are normal for you.
After our initial meeting where we get to know each other, set goals, and dig deep into your history, I will help get you set up to take your functional lab tests. These test give us a look into your sex hormones, stress hormones throughout the day, immune system, digestive capacity, pathogen identification (if found), oxidative stress, detoxification pathways, food sensitivities, and energy production. I will set up an entire 90 day protocol for you based on my recommendations and set you up with the educational resources you may need. I will give you recommendations in six areas: diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation. You will get 6 months of one-on-one coaching as well as additional coaching sessions for you to use within 1 year of purchasing your package.
